The whole program is now a single DrahysLegacy.exe for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11.
It runs from any folder without installation and without a separately installed
.NET, and it carries all sixteen approved addons (3,771 files), so Install
selected works straight from the downloaded file.

New versions will come from www.drahy.com: the program checks shortly after
start and every six hours, downloads a newer version in the background, and
accepts it only when its size, checksum and version match. Settings now has a
Program updates box with Check for updates and Restart to update. The previous
version is kept as a checked backup and returns automatically if a new version
does not start, with an explanation of what happened. Settings, a paused game
download, games, addons and backups are never touched, and a running game
download continues after the update.

Settings also lists the third-party notices of everything inside the program.
Nothing has been published on the website yet.

PLAY follows the server currently configured in the game, including manually
changed settings, while keeping the original backup available for restoration.
Continued game setup rechecks finished downloads and fetches changed files again.

The program documentation now describes the available features and clearly
distinguishes the planned portable download and automatic updates.

When you start Drahy's Legacy, you now land on Home first: the latest news
from drahy.com, the server status and the community links. Addons are one
click away in the menu.

Drahy's Legacy gets a fresh look in the style of www.drahy.com and can now
set up the whole game for you.

- Download the game: on the new CLIENT screen one click builds a fresh
World of Warcraft 3.3.5a in a folder you choose, from Blizzard's original
files (10.4 GB download). It took 11 minutes from start to finish on
Drahy's PC. You can pause, close the program and continue later, or
cancel. The download files are removed afterwards, the new game connects
to Drahy's server right away, and it works even if you already have
another client.
- Server news: Home shows the latest news of drahy.com with Northrend
artwork, the server status and links to Discord, the website and the bug
tracker.
- New menu: five tiles across the top (Home, Client, Addons, Tools,
Settings), each showing its current state at a glance.
- PLAY bar on every screen: shows your client, whether Drahy's server is
online, and exactly why PLAY is locked, with a one-click fix.
- Tools and backups now share one screen, and the text is larger and
easier to read wherever there is room.
- The program remembers the client folder you chose.

Behind the scenes, Drahy's Legacy learned to put together a complete
World of Warcraft 3.3.5a on your own computer, exactly the way Blizzard's
installer and patcher once did.

- It reads the original Wrath of the Lich King 3.0.1 disc and the 11
official updates up to 3.3.5a, which the Internet Archive keeps publicly.
- Downloads use several connections at once, replace stalled connections,
continue where they stopped and are checked file by file.
- The finished game gives you exactly the same game data as the client
used on Drahy's server: over 175,000 files in 18 game archives, including
20,309 sounds rebuilt byte for byte.
- Building takes about five minutes after the download on a current PC.

The button to start it arrives in the next update.

PLAY only starts the game once your client points to Drahy's server, because
this program and its client are made for it. If your client still uses
another server, the PLAY screen shows which one and offers "Use Drahy's
server" right there; one click switches it, keeps a backup of your original
realmlist, and unlocks PLAY.

All checks on the PLAY screen now turn green when they are met: the game
client, all 169 game files, and the server.

Drahy's Legacy now speaks Czech as well as English. Every screen, button,
message and tooltip is translated, all 16 addon descriptions too, and numbers
follow the Czech format (16,6 GB). The program starts in the language of your
Windows, and the new Settings screen switches it at any time and remembers
your choice.

PLAY got a new look: a summary of your game client (build 12340, all 169
game files present, whether it connects to Drahy's server, and its folder),
a quick way to pick addons, and a large PLAY button that lights up as soon as
your client is ready. If the game cannot be started yet, PLAY stays locked
and tells you what to do.

Updated project notes and documentation. The program itself is unchanged.

The program can now read Blizzard's original installer and patch archives and
convert their Ogg Vorbis sounds into the very same WAV files an original
installation contains. Checked against a complete 3.3.5a enGB client: all
20,309 sounds (15,967 from the installer disc and 4,342 from the patches)
match byte for byte.

This is the first step towards building the game on the player's own computer
from Blizzard's original files; building the whole client is not possible yet.

The program now knows the exact fingerprint of all 169 files of the
World of Warcraft 3.3.5a client used on Drahy's server (16.6 GB), without
carrying any of the game itself.

This prepares checking a game folder for missing or different files and
repairing them from another copy the player already owns, while keeping
settings, addons and other personal files untouched. Nothing changes in the
program yet; the feature will appear once it is ready to use.

Install selected now really installs your addons. Pick what you want, confirm,
and the program puts everything in place for you.

- 16 addons, all tested on Drahy's server: Questie, Auctionator, GearScoreLite,
Bagnon, Deadly Boss Mods, HealBot, Addon Control Panel, Atlas, AtlasLoot,
