I'm happy to introduce you to services such as changing race, faction, restoring a deleted character, and re-opening the ability to transfer characters from account to account. However, I would like to mention that these services are not a matter of minutes, but the days and topics on the forum with an effort to speed up your request will be ignored.
Another new feature is the newly created e-mail box sluzby@drahy.com Now you can send requests to create a channel on the TeamSpeak server, rename your Guild and all other "super-standard" services, simultaneously send a letter in the game with the golds for your desired service to the character: for the Horde - Sluzbyhorda, for the Alliance - Sluzbyali. Your request must be complete and contain all the information necessary to fulfill your request. The price list will also be available on the forum.
Change of race
Players can request a race change of their character for the amount of 5000 gold. The race to which you want to be changed must, of course, be able to choose your profession. Send requests to e-mail sluzby@drahy.com. Your email must contain the name of the character affected by the change and must be sent from the email registered to your account. At the same time, you must send a letter with golds and the same wording as the email you sent to the character: for the Hordeluz Sluzbyhorda, for the Alliance. Sluzbyali. In the near future, GM will contact you directly in the game and deal with the change.
Race and faction change
At the price of 7,500 gold, you can change your race and faction. The vocation, of course, remains, so your coveted race in the opposite faction must have your vocation in the choice. The change of faction is now discounted to 5000 gold for Horde players due to population reasons. According to the further development of the population on the server, prices will equalize. When changing factions, you do not have to worry about your items, achievements, etc., they will all be automatically transferred to the alliance/horde version. Send your requests to e-mail sluzby@drahy.comAs in the previous section, the email must contain the name of the character to which the change applies and must be sent from the email to which your account is registered. The same letter, but with golds, also send in the game on the character: for the Hordeluz Sluzbyhorda, for the Alliance - Sluzbyali. Then a member of the GM team will contact you and make a change with you.
Character Recovery
If you accidentally or otherwise delete your character (in-game via confirmation by typing the word “DELETE”), you now have the option to have your character restored. The character can be restored within 60 days of deletion starting from today, after 60 days the character is irretrievably lost. The character cannot be restored if it has been cleared by a purge or has had a level less than 10. Ask for character recovery via email sluzby@drahy.com, it is necessary that your e-mail contains the name of the deleted character, login details and was sent from the e-mail address that is registered to your account.
Transferring characters from account to account
For this service, it is necessary to send an e-mail from both accounts affected by the transfer. The first email must be from the email address that is registered to the account from which the character will be transferred, in the form:
Subject: Name of the transferred character
Account login from which the character is transferred
Password of the account from which the character is transferred
The second email must be from the email address that is registered to the account to which the character will be transferred, in the form:
Subject: Name of the transferred character
Account login where the character is transferred
Account password where the character is transferred
The price of this service is 1500 gold and your requests should be sent to prevody@drahy.com and at the same time in the game a letter sent from the character to which the transfer relates, with golds and with the same text, to the character: for the Horde - Prisane, for the Alliance - Prisanee. If any email does not contain all the necessary information, it will be automatically ignored.
In connection with the opening of the character transfer option, I would like to remind you that each player is responsible for the security of his account and e-mail box himself and for problems caused by insufficient security, stolen accounts and the like, will not be taken into account (later the server rules will also be modified). I would also like to remind players that the following services also work on official servers, we have agreed on prices together with all GMs and all GMs will handle these requests together on a given e-mail to which only they will have access. We do not force any of you to accept players who have made the transition to your guild or spent time with them, no one forces you to have a positive or negative opinion about it. They are simply extra services for players and the ability to provide them with services that they would get even on official servers. The only difference is that there you will pay 25 euros and with us the game currency is goldama, because we are a free server and we do not intend to change it. The prices are higher not because we want to rob players or make a GM party out of gold. The prices are so that not everyone will make the transfer as he wants, he thought carefully about it and took into account that we are not responsible for any possible damage to your character, even if we have tested the system several times in artificial conditions and we will not compensate you for any damage thus incurred even if we are now almost sure that it should not occur. In this context, we are changing the GM contact system on this server.
