We already have several dozen cases where the e-mail was not delivered for this reason, and it is a banal matter that can be solved by players themselves without our help! Also check spam filters and trash cans.
Pay less attention to the following lines, they will be very important. The new system of the site is approaching uncompromisingly and with it the transfer of all accounts to one system, where you will be able to be in one account in all applications after the first login. This means an editorial system (pages in general), a new bug reporting system, a forum or a chat. However, several changes will need to be made to this migration and clustering. When synchronizing accounts and transferring to a new system, about 400 active accounts fail to move in the trial tests. It's a pretty big number and I'll list the main problems in a moment. After transferring to the new system, it will be necessary for each player to change his password through the new website and to do this, it is necessary to ensure a valid and correct e-mail, to which the player has full access. Therefore, notify all your friends that you log in from time to time to keep their accounts up to date to keep an eye on this fact. How we will proceed these days:
1) Each player must have only one account per e-mail, if there are multiple accounts per e-mail, these accounts will not be transferred and the player will not be able to log in to either the game or the new site systems, make sure that your e-mail is not registered to multiple accounts (this is about 200 accounts!), it was once possible, although the current system already excludes it (later switching accounts after a late change will be more complicated)
2) Make sure your email does not contain “white characters” volný that is, free space at the beginning or in the middle of the emailmail such emails are invalid and their accounts will not be transferred again (I already deleted the empty space at the beginning of some emails for about 85 accounts nastavení such accounts could not even now change their settings)
3) Make sure that your email is valid (exists) and you have full access to it přístup if the account is not valid or you do not have access to it while you are logging in to the account, we have a solution for you:
- - A) The account for which you want to change the e-mail and you can not do it the normal way through Web Administration, it is necessary to send a request via the web (even if it is not completed, just normally request a change of email via the web administration (so that we have an entry in DB))
- - B) At the same time, send from the given account from any character a request to change the e-mail in the form (Hello, I want to change the e-mail to: neco@neco.cz for the Cellulite account) to the character Drahy (the figure of Drahyck for the Alliance) and send me a copy from the already new e-mail you want to change in the account to the address emaily@drahy.com
- - C) In the e-mail, please specify why you change the e-mail and what problem you had with the old one vy depending on the situation, I will evaluate or try to send a notification to the old e-mail, if it returns immediately with an error, I will change the e-mail, if there is no response, after about a week I will change it to a new one according to the request
4) All these steps to update the data and especially the e-mail itself, from which everything will depend, I would recommend to deal as soon as possible, preferably immediately, after all, I also have enough and before I get to your request or God forbid you would do it only when deploying a new website, you would not have to log in for several days at all
5) As soon as the systems are ready and functional and we deploy them to the live traffic, I remind you again that it will be necessary to change your account password via e-mail vykonat this action will have to be done by everyone without exception with each account and his e-mail, until then his account will be blocked. The password change itself will be done automatically and if you have everything in order, you will be able to log in immediately.
