The new editor also supports bold text, lists, quotes and links, including supported formatting copied from elsewhere. Player and GM replies have distinct styling, making conversations easier to follow.

You can now create temporary access just for private GM Support. Choose an email you can currently access, verify it through the email link and write to us about your account or characters. You don’t need to create another game account.
Temporary support does not grant access to an old account or restore it automatically; the GM team will help verify your case.
🔔 Follow your report from start to finish
Watch a ticket and receive website notifications about new replies and status changes. Clearer filters, sortable ticket numbers, unread highlighting and remembered full or split views help you keep track. Public reports and private support share the same controls, while personal conversations stay private.
🏅 Useful reports and testing deserve recognition
Verified contributions can earn CP and XP. Rewards now appear as a distinct achievement-style plaque, with a gentle shine travelling across and back when you hover over it. Status changes use quiet information lines so player and GM messages remain the main conversation.
Help again later? Your rewards stay together. The latest award shows its own CP and XP, your total for that ticket and expandable history with the full breakdown of each award. Nothing disappears and the same award is never counted twice.
Website reward notifications explain what you were rewarded for and link to the relevant ticket when you have access. Posting alone does not earn points. Contribution XP shares the 500-XP weekly limit.
