The condition is to have at least 30 lvl on the server. The evaluation of the worst report will be anonymous if the person concerned wishes to do so, but I do not see any reason, because you are acting only under nicknames, that is, it will not hurt anyone. We follow the rule: "The worse the certificate, the better the player!". But seriously, we hope that no one is addicted enough to miss school and if so, we are glad that he spends time with us and does not take and sell drugs, does not drink, etc. We don’t want to praise only the worst students, so congratulations to everyone for their results.
