For acute assistance to players and reporting of acute errors (not quest bugs, spells, etc.) such as character jamming, the “help” channel will be used, where all GMs are obliged to join immediately. Connect to the channel with the command /join world. You then send messages to the appropriate channel using the following syntax: /channel_number message_text, and you can find the channel number at the moment of connecting to the channel or when logging in to the game. Do the same with the help channel. Hopefully, it will at least have the advantage that the auction will start and we GM will stop constant complaints about LFG spam. If spam also appears on the already mentioned channels, the player will solve it himself by leaving the channel (by setting up his own), etc., but will not go with it to GM.
