Bitva o Stromgarde Keep
Change of the event day to Saturday 31.10.2009!
Times go by... Once the cradle of human civilization, then the most powerful human kingdom of all time, the winner of wars with trolls, the human nation that was the first to be able to use magic and the only human kingdom that resisted the pillage of Disaster. And now? The ruins of the ancient city shine in the sun, its dirty streets and ruined battlements now run only by thieves and ogres. Only a fraction of this fortress is already under the desperate control of the Alliance. But Stormwind can't just...
While all the efforts of the Horde and the Alliance are concentrated in the glacial plains of Icecrown, the Allied armies take advantage of the slack in the battles of the Arathian Plain and quickly retake their stronghold, whose current inhabitants are only weakly resisting. But the Horde can’t let that happen Lord Lordaeron is now completely under the Horde’s control, and an uprising of such a large Alliance headquarters as the Kingdom of Trees can’t allow it.
Objective and rules:
During 30 minutes Kill 4 strategically placed important players and a hidden GM, or to defend them from the attack of the opposite faction.
The winner of this event is the entire faction and therefore No prizes will be awarded.
The event is open to all lvl greater than 40 (to the mobs around the venue) but the lions smaller than 75 probably do not cut much.
When and where:
Saturday 31/10/09
20:00 - Alliance defends, Horde attacks
21:00 - Horde defends, Alliance attacks
Transport to the site by GM secured.
The more people come, the better the upcoming event will be (if it is organized and leads I think it will be a blast) so I hope for the most abundant numbers
ATTENTION! I am not yet 100% sure that this event will be able to take place on the given date, anyway, if not, you will find out at least three days in advance and the time will be just as quickly adjusted in this novelty. Thank you for your understanding and for paying more attention to this news for sure.
Yours event GM Volcy.
Announcement of Server Champions
Despite the time consuming server championship, we worked our way to the end and got the names of the 6 most successful players.
Their order is as follows:
1. place - Mastins
2. place - Suhada
3. place - Icce
4. place - Shamstrinka
5. place - Destroyer
6. place - Catala
The winners should be congratulated on their placement as well as the rewards they deserved. We would like to thank the other participants for their participation, without them the event could never have taken place and hopefully they will try to measure their strength again in another similar event.
We must not forget to give thanks. GM Margerovi and Nexus Gamerwho organized the whole event, both time-consuming and organizationally demanding.
Good luck to the champions and see you again at a similar event!
