I'd like to introduce myself to you all. I am a new member of the GM team at Drahy Server. I have known Drahy since I was a child and I know that he has problems now, so I, a friend in need, step in. My name is Roman, but I always wanted to be called Sebastian (even my parents wanted to call me that), so I perform under this name mainly on the Internet. I was in charge of the partially automated email support that Drahy taught me to manage, now I come in as the rightful GM of this server. Even if people do not realize it, Drahy has a lot to do, he needs help like salt. In coding and managing the database is the absolute top and so I will be there only exceptionally if it is necessary, because my experience with programming is not at such a high level and what he has shown me so far, he will not have problems with it himself or only with my partial support, he has a proven team and he will deal with the vast majority of problems himself.
I didn't want to write this article, but I was told I should get carried away. I will summarize my role here. Recruitment did not take place in the standard way pomoc recruitment of helpers will be arranged only with a new website, on which, by the way, I also cooperate. My roles will still mainly run through email support (which I share with my sister Petra) and I will occasionally introduce you to behind-the-scenes information, as I think you should have more information about what is happening on the server, I will help with general problems but you will not see me in the game much. I will be such a right-hand man and what you convince me is important will be. I hope that the server will be an asset, I was the very first person to connect to this server more than 6 years ago during the first tests and I have a very good relationship with the server and mainly I want to help a long-time friend and you. I’ve known Drahy since I was a kid, so maybe over time I could mention some of his historical flair for diversifying among otherwise “boring” (yet important) information, so that the players wouldn’t be afraid of him and know that he, too, is a man and, above all, just right for what he does for you here for free.
This is how my performance took place and now the information that many of you are surely waiting for. I don’t know what you know, so I’ll use the news to write articles where I’ll mention the plans and what’s going on, even if it’s already mentioned. Even though you may not think so, the server is undergoing repairs and work every day. Drahy is currently completing a new map system that is almost complete. He planned to deploy the new map system only after the deployment of the new site, but unfortunately there are complications (about him in the next news), so I think that the new map system will be deployed earlier. First, however, Drahy wants to fine-tune the problems with Random Dungeon Finder and the Battleground Strand of the Ancients (SOTA). Once these two systems are operational, a new map system will be deployed. The new map system completely changes the structure of mob movements and textures around the world, I think Drahy mentioned that he had already deployed the system once, but it was flawed and so he rewrote it a lot and will deploy it again. Already because of this, he modified the systems of petitions and some mobs/boss to make the deployment work. However, it will be a difficult process and from my point of view very time consuming, so I think Drahy will deploy it when he has some more time for a week (I suppose some weekend, but I will keep you informed about that. These changes are fundamental and at the same time dangerous, but as I know Drahy, he can handle it. So do not despair and rejoice, there is a new support and definitely wants to help no well, I am! :)
