Read carefully!
Due to the large upgrade (improvement) of the server that awaits us at the end of this week, I would like to draw your attention to a few important events. The first one will be about longer server downtimes, which will be used to move the entire server to new accessories. So it may happen that the server will not go 100% on the weekend, but in the final stage we can all be sure not only the server without logs, but above all the increase in the number of players, regular repairs and updates, which is really dead.

The next warning will be about the rules. If you do not keep the specified number of two characters in one account, the account will not be moved and will be completely deleted with all data without returning, so make sure that you do not have more than 2 characters in your account. The number will increase, but only after the deployment of a new assembly. I decided to go on Linux Debian 4.1 Etch 64 bit, where the testing phase of the server looks very stable and fine. The server will accept up to 250 people online in the future, but let's wait until the transition to 10/100 Mbit line is completed and we will not be in need of anything in terms of Hardware (that is, what we can touch). And what can you look forward to? So, first of all, on the entire server assembly intended only for the server, ie only the server will go on it and nothing else - a look into the assembly - INTEL Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66GHz (4MB/1333) BOX LGA775 (according to the popularity of the server we will add two more cores, so far I have them :-) + 4 GB RAM DDR2 + 500 GB HDD + PGA

I ask everyone to disturb me as little as possible this week via ICQ and others. I'm really busy with preparations right now, and I wouldn't want anything to go wrong by being distracted or otherwise losing my attention. I can promise you that I will work day and night on the server transformation until I build the server on brand new legs. I can set up the entire server without interrupting the existing server, so this should last until the last move, which I reckon will take no more than 2 hours. Thus, the pre-planning for the time being colors the server for one longer shutdown. It is a theory and the practice can be completely different, but I believe that together we can manage it. So much for future long outages, so you don't have to tell me what's going on with the server. So we all know what’s going on, and if it doesn’t, believe me, I’m doing my best to keep it online as soon as possible. Thank you all for your understanding. Drahy
