Database improvements
=> Many fixes, improvements and additions have been made to quests, loots, things, coaches and NPCs including Battleground Battlemasters and in-game objects
=> Adjusted the position of initial spells in Blood Elves + added Hearthstone for Draenei magicians
=> Fixed plants and instances in Outland
=> Fixed quests: Arcane Refreshment, Stymying the Arakkoa, Arcatraz, Ender for Escape from Firewing Point!, many NPCs and loots on quests, where they were missing
